Cancellation Policy
A 50% upfront payment is required to secure all equipment installation bookings. This allows us to reserve your appointment time and prepare the necessary materials for your service. To cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Bookings changed or cancelled within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit, as this time has been allocated exclusively for your service.
